This is a lower jaw of Homo erectus that has no teeth but the tooth roots are embedded in the jaw. 
This was discovered in 1999 from the site near Nariolotome on the west side of Lake Turkana, at a site named NK3. 

It was recovered from below the Chari Tuff (1.39 Ma) in the Natoo Member.
