A time-lapse photo collection of the world's oldest stone tools made by our ancestors, dating back 3.3 million years ago. These deposits were found at the Lomekwi 3 site in West Turkana, showing the progress of the excavation and the original context and gradual uncovering of the in situ (not been moved from its original place of deposition) artifacts and fossils throughout the month of July 2012.
